Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. By placing an order with Archetype, you agree to the terms below as part of our Terms & Conditions.

Our policies are designed to balance customer experience, product integrity, and sustainability as we scale.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Size or Color Changes
If you need to modify the size or color of an item, please contact us at [hello@archetypeconcept.com] before your order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, changes cannot be made.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.


EXCHANGES (PREFERRED OPTION)

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability for a one-time $9.99 exchange fee.

  • Exchanges are available for sizing only

  • We will ship the replacement item once the exchange is approved

  • Unworn and unused (trying the garment on once is okay), unwashed and free of odors, stains, or damage, and in it's original packaging

This approach helps ensures you receive the correct fit as quickly as possible.


RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

If you do not wish to exchange your item, you may request a return for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Important notes:

  • All approved returns are issued as store credit only

  • Cash refunds are not offered

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be unworn and unused (trying the garment on once is okay), unwashed and free of odors, stains, or damage, and in it's original packaging

Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Once approved, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.


REFUNDS

Refunds to the original payment method are only provided in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item shipped

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Limited releases

  • Discounted items marked FINAL SALE

  • Special collaborations

Please review product pages carefully before purchasing.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Promotions, discounts, and sales cannot be applied retroactively.
Orders placed prior to a promotion are not eligible for price adjustments.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Archetype is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.

Please report any delivery issues within 14 days of the delivery confirmation.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Exchanges and returns are subject to stock availability

  • Abuse of returns or exchanges may result in refusal of future service

  • Policies apply to domestic orders only unless otherwise stated
